I need to import only my mail accounts and preferences.

I'm trying to copy my mail settings into my portable mail but my file is too big 1.9 gigs with a USB of 2.0 gig.
How can I copy only my mail accounts so I can check all my different mail accounts inboxes from a Mac at work?

Please help!

If you have just two or three accounts perhaps is better that you create them on a new Portable Mail.

Otherwise, by the moment, the esay way is copy your ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist file to Portable Mail.app/Contents/Resources/Library/Preferences/ folder. With a new Portable Mail.app you have to create Library/Preferences folder. (Ctrl+click > Show Pakage Contents)

This will copy only your mail accounts without any smartboxes. When you open Portbale Mail a Mail Message Import will appear, just click on Import button, this will "import" only empty mail folder. You can test it with a Portable Mail.app on your harddisk desktop instead of your USB.

Anyway messages downloaded on your Mac at work can't be then dowloaded on your Mac at home. SyncPAppX can sync your mail boxes not merge them.
