Portable Chromium is the Chromium web browser packaged as portable application so you can take your bookmarks, extensions, history and cookies with you.
Warning: Data and passwords stored with Keychain are not portable!
Portable Chromium is the web browser Chromium (stable FreeSMUG build) packaged so you can carry around with you on any portable device, USB thumb drive, iPod, portable hard drive, memory card, other portable device (also on your internal hard disk) as long as it has 130 MB of free space and use on any Mac OS X computer, taking your bookmarks, extensions, history, cookies with you.
Chromium is an open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all Internet users to experience the web.

Requires OS X 10.5 or later, Intel only.
How to install
- Drag Portable Chromium folder to your portable device, USB thumb drive, iPod, portable hard drive, memory card, other portable device (also to your internal hard disk) as long as it has 130 MB of free space.
- Clicking Portable Chromium will open Chromium from your portable device, wait a while before Chromium start.
- If a local copy of Chromium is running an alert window allow you to quit it.
Using your data
You can copy your user preferences to Portable Chromium when "Copy preferences" window ask you. So, if you wish to use your preferences you already have on your system, just click "Copy" when prompt.

How to update
Use command Chromium -> Check for Updates… to update Chromium to last stable release.
Warning: after Install and Relaunch the application don't load portable profile,
so QUIT and Relaunch again.
