How to install and upgrade FinkCommander

  • From Fink image disk drag FinkCommander folder into Application folder
    dragfolder
  • Open FinkCommander Folder on your HardDisk
    and double-click FinkCommander Icon to launch application
  • Select FinkCommander->Check for Updates menù
    Check Updates
  • If new version is checked, click on Download button to connect to FinkCommander home page to download last version
    Download
  • Drag this new version in your application folder (as in first step) to substitute old one, and launch it. FinkCommander window will open displaying about 1500 packages
